Our great grandfather and great grandmother started in the deer processor business decades ago and we are proud to follow in their footsteps. We are not the average learn-at-your-expense deer processor but have been doing this our whole lives and not only skin, cut and vacuum seal but make the specialty and smoked meats from recipes handed down through the family tree.
