Includes your deer skinned, cut, ground, vacuum packed and frozen. Your choice of whole or sliced backstraps, roasts, steaks, and burger. We cut your deer the best we can based on the cutting instructions you give us at drop-off and return your deer to you. No discount is given for pre-skinned deer.

Tenderized Cube Steaks – $5 flat rate to tenderize/cube all of your steaks.
Boneless meat – we gladly accept your boneless meat to grind or make the above specialty meats. There is no charge on processing just the per pound pricing above.
Add America Cheddar or Pepper Jack cheese to some of your specialty meats for $1.00/lb
We can also add beef or pork to your burger.
All orders require a $40 cash or check deposit, balance due at pickup.

Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry is a great organization who we have now partnered with to accept your deer and feed the hungry people in need around our area. All you need to do is bring in a TAGGED and UN-skinned deer. You need to still tag each deer and the organization asks that they not be skinned prior to drop off.
TERMS: Since the true condition of customer’s carcass is not known until all processing has been completed, all processing services are at customer’s own risk. Meat cut to order such as steaks, tenderloins, roasts and burger are returned to customer. All specialty smoked meats are processed in lot sizes which do not allow for exact meat to be returned to customer.
