  • Jerky (whole muscle or restructured) $7.00/lb (Raw weight; 50-65% cooking loss)
  • All Specialty Meats in 5 pound increments
  • Add America or Pepper Jack cheese for $1.00/lb
  • Tenderized Cube Steaks – $5 flat rate to tenderize/cube all of your steaks.
  • Boneless meat – we gladly accept your boneless meat to grind or make the above specialty meats. There is no charge on processing just the per pound pricing above.
