Our great grandfather and great grandmother started in the meat business decades ago and we are proud to follow in their footsteps. We are honored to be chosen to serve you and thank you for trusting in our years of experience. We are not the average learn-at-your-expense deer processor but have been doing this our whole lives and not only skin, cut and vacuum seal but make the specialty and smoked meats from recipes handed down through the family tree.
