Hunting season? We're ready.

Deer Drop Off

Back up to the dock. We'll take it from there.

We always try to make the experience as smooth and convenient for you as possible. Here's everything you need to know before you arrive.

At the dock

Wait in line in your vehicle

Stay in your vehicle until a spot opens up, then back your vehicle toward the dock of the gray building.

Finish cutting instructions first

Don't unload your deer until your cutting instructions are completed in the office.

Bring your ODNR tag

Have your ODNR deer tag filled out and bring it inside, or have your confirmation number ready, whether from Ohio or from whichever state you harvested in.

Bring your deposit

$60 cash, check, or credit card (processing fee applies) deposit at drop off. The balance is due when you pick up.

Your sheet stays with your deer

Your cutting instructions are placed in the deer's chest cavity so your deer is identified at every step.

Business entrance only

Please do not approach the house or the two white barns at this address under any circumstances.

Behind the dock

What happens to your deer

In the office we complete one cutting-instruction form per deer, covering your preferences for steaks, roasts, backstraps, tenderloins, and burger, along with your name and phone number.

After skinning, deer hang on rails until processing. Each deer is cut individually, according to its own instructions. That’s how we guarantee you get your deer back.

We vacuum-seal to the industry’s highest food packaging standards and label every cut so it’s easy to find what you want in the freezer.

Timeline

When it's ready

  • Standard cuts Typically a few days to a week
  • Specialty & smoked meats Could take a couple weeks

We wait to call or text you until your entire order is ready. Once it is, we send a reminder every few days. Life happens and messages get missed, so we do our best to get hold of you.
