- Summer Sausage Hot or Mild $3.00/lb
- Fresh Casing Venison Sausage Hot or Mild $3.00/lb
- Fresh Bulk Country Breakfast Sausage $3.00/lb
- Fresh Country or Maple Baby Link Sausage $4.00/lb
- Hot Dogs $3.50/lb
- Smoked Kielbasa Sausage $3.50/lb
- Garlic Ring Bologna $4.00/lb
- Snack Stix $5.00/lb – includes vacuum sealing (Raw weight; 25-30% cooking loss)
- Jerky (whole muscle or restructured) $7.00/lb (Raw weight; 50-65% cooking loss)
- All Specialty Meats in 5 pound increments
- Add America or Pepper Jack cheese for $1.00/lb
- Tenderized Cube Steaks – $5 flat rate to tenderize/cube all of your steaks.
- Boneless meat – we gladly accept your boneless meat to grind or make the above specialty meats. There is no charge on processing just the per pound pricing above.
